Mulungushi University and the French Embassy in Zambia and Malawi signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 1st October, 2012
Mulungushi University (MU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bank of Zambia (BOZ) on 26th March 2013.
Upon taking up her appointment in September 2012, the Vice chancellor Professor Hellicy C Ng’ambi spear-headed a bottom-up, second strategic planning process for the 2014-2018 strategic plan. The team was appointed with the Deputy Vice Chancellor Dr. Judith N Lungu as the overseer. This process commenced with a meeting held at Mulungushi University on 22nd January, 2013, to come up with a methodology for preparing the 2014-2018 strategic plan. The attendance at the meeting was representative of the different units from Mulungushi University including senior management, academic andfollowed by collection of inputs for the 2014-2018 strategic plan from all the units spearheaded by a sub-committee comprising of members from various units of MU. The sub-committee prepared a tool (questionnaire), and distributed to all units. The questioners were collected from all the units reflecting the combined inputs from all their members and the sub-committee analyzed the inputs to come up with an evaluation report and a draft of the 2014-2018 strategic plan.
