Course Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this short course,
Attendees should be able to:
- Read-in enter, organise, and save data
- Calculate and recode variables and prepare data for analysis
- Analyse data to compare significance of difference between two or more groups: parametric and non-parametric methods
- Conduct descriptive and basic inferential statistical output
- Be familiar with SPSS presentation and statistical output
- Create and edit graphical displays of data
